So far the best sephora store i have been to. The customer service here is amazing. Especially one of their employee- Preet helped me a lot to find exactly what i was looking for. Amazing experience, very helpful and the kind of service we actually need.

I’m all for good customer service but there is a point when too much is too much… tried going in to shop and I wasn’t in the store longer than two minutes and I was approached 4 different times (twice by the same guy literally 20 seconds apart) asking if I needed help. Not even able to look at anything and I was too overwhelmed so I left.

There is an indian lady working there name rashmika or rashmita. She is the most rudest person i ever met. She was showing me bad attitude and wasn’t even willing to help whatsoever!
