Recently had our septic tank services and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The team arrived on time worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Very bad service, stay away! Spoke to a guy says they will show up to do the job. Then someone else shows up saying he is with this company, later got another call saying from this company representative that the guy who showed up doesn't work for him. Septic Tank Pumping representative states that i would have to pay him $150.00 cancellation fee as the truck showed up and they couldn't locate the spot to drain the septic tank. Later goes on to say that i owe the field person $250.00 and that i would have to pay them $400.00 otherwise he threatens Mechanic Lien on my house. All this with nothing in writing and threats are being made toward me in a very hostile voice. I call La Crescenta Sheriff to ask that their employee be removed from my property. This company i do not believe is licensed not even legit. They have undocumented workers showing up to your door barely speaking English and later get calls from the company with threats. I would not encourage anyone to call them and i have contact the Better Business Bureau over their lack of professionalism and threats being made to me the home owner.
