Kelly at Sequoia pumping was very helpful And very professional I had called several companies and they were either non responsive or quoted a flat price to come up and pump a Small septic Tank which seemed a little Excessive and could not get to it for at least 2 weeks After talking with Kelly at Sequoia pumping and explained my situation he scheduled the work for the next day They were on time professional and very helpful with my situation And worked with me to solve my problem I would highly recommend their services.

Kelly came out the same day we had an issue with our septic system! He was actually here within 45 minutes of my call. He took the time to talk to us about problems and solutions, and proper maintenance of our septic system. Our tank ended up not needing to be pumped at all. Instead of withholding that info and charging us for a pumping that we didn't need, he told us where the real issue was (in the plumbing between the house and septic). He saved us 100s of dollars by being honest with us, and didn't charge us for the visit. There is no better customer service than Sequoia Pumping and Kelly Strickland. When our tank really does need to be pumped, Sequoia Pumping will be who I call.

We called Kelly when we needed help with our septic tank. He immediately gave us the assurance that things would be repaired quickly. Which you really need to hear when you can’t use any of your bathrooms. Kelly made us feel like family. Came over to ascertain what the problem was that Saturday. His employees were professional and his rates very reasonable. I would highly recommend Kelly and Sequioa Pumping to anyone in need. The Giacobbe Family
