Although my mother is the owner of the daycare, which is a major plus for me, I couldn't imagine leaving my children with any other day care provider. My kids are learning important social skills and interact with many children they have great relationships with. I highly recommend Serna Family Daycare to anyone searching for a great day care

Never again. Neglectful to the younger children. Never again! Staff and parents have poor communication. My child sat in a diaper so long blisters formed, popped, and I was not told about this. I had to call and ask the owner once we got home and I saw the open blisters. The owner was unaware and unapologetic. The staff was aware however neglected to tell me the parent or the owner. My child cried for two days in pain and I had to call off work to make sure the wound was cared for properly. Couldn’t wear a diaper for days. Disgusting. If you’re not able or willing to change a child’s diaper stipulate the child must be potty trained. My child was 9 months at the time. Walking but still a baby. Shameful.

I love and trust Maggie with my little one. My child has been going to Serna Family Childcare since three months old. Three years later, I can't imagine a better place to send her. Maggie and her staff treat every child like family. The environment is so clean, organized and welcoming.
