Let’s start off by, I do not like writing negative reviews, but I felt the need to share my story with you all, this is my individual experience. I called, and to my surprise they had same day service so I scheduled my dog for a simple shower and deshed. All was good, price was good and availability was good. Everything seemed great.
Where the problem began was when we took our dog home. One day after the grooming my dog seemed to have gotten sick and was not being herself. She was lethargic and not really responsive. So we took her to a local vet and she was diagnosed with Furunculosis. A condition dogs get usually after a grooming or in a wet facility, bathing water associated or a certain type of shampoo or other non hypoallergenic cleaning agent.
My dog developed soars and scabby puss filled bumps on her neck and back that seem to be very painful for her. The vet prescribed antibiotics and gave her some iv fluids. She is slowly recovering but after a hefty Vet bill and a sick pup, the damage is already done.
It pains me to write such a review but I needed to share my experience with anyone considering this establishment. I may have been a 1 off bad treatment or maybe this has happened to others and they didn’t know what the cause was. In any case my story is out there for you all to consider for yourself.
