I have an endless pool/spa purchased in 2013 from the company back east. At that time there was no local dealer. When my UV lighting system was recalled in the early spring of 2018, the endless pool people informed me I needed to disconnect the sanitizing unit and wait for their solution. Derek's guys came and disconnected it and I waited over a year and a half and finally appealed to Derek to help solve the problem for replacement. He was able to purchase a more efficient unit and has recently installed it in the pool/hot tub. Since Derek acquired a bigger building, he is able to demo the pool, spa and cover in house. He and his awesome crew have provided me with chemicals, servicing, restructuring of my deck* with the new power cover, etc. The power cover is very cool and in my opinion the only way to keep the pool and hot tub clean, balanced, and maintained with a constant temperature and all with just a turn of the power key. *The carpenters even found used wood to match the original deck which allowed space and safe installation and use of the power top/cover. Recently my pool quit running they were able to assess the problem and retrieve the part from their stock. Within a couple hours I had a functioning pool and hot tub again with a brand new pump installed, yea! The whole staff is capable, knowledgeable, and professional and in keeping with comparable pricing and much better service than the big box stores can provide. Shannon's Hot S;ping Spas is a boon to this community and we are very lucky they have been able to maintain their facility through the present pandemic and honor the safety regulations required.
