They do good work and are professional. Good customer service. At times they seem to get overloaded. Expect them to take a bit due to supply chain issues as well. Given that they are the only dealership in the immediate area, they draw a lot of work.

Must question every detail of the service process. I use a "Battery Tender" on my Jeep: there is a connection to the battery that was, when I brought the vehicle in to the service department exposed outside the front grill. When I got the vehicle back this was not exposed, but hanging inside the engine compartment. It does not look like the plastic separator at the left front headlamp was properly reinstalled. This query into the performance of the service department is way too soon. You should give me a few months to fully evaluate the product I have just purchased. The people working at the front counter were very good, personable, but a bit arrogant.

Brought my 2016 Ram in for a fuel level/pump issue. Once parts arrived the service department did a great job of repairing my truck and communicating with me throughout the process. Next time I need service I know where I’m going! Thanks to Aaron for excellent service.
