Don't be fooled by the nice lobby and remodeled rooms. This is an old property with a lot of problems and because it's close to Disney no one cares. You won't be able to control the temperature in your room. Yep. You will come back to your room after a long day at the parks, where it's in the mid 40s, only to be blasted by hot 80 degree air that you can do nothing about (except open the slider and listen to all of the street sounds of Harbor Blvd. - Yay!!) I don't think I've ever left a hotel in the middle of the night - until now.

There are many better hotels in the area for the money. The parking is DOUBLE the going rate. When I found out from fellow travelers at nearby hotels, I felt cheated. There are no microwaves in the rooms which was very inconvenient for our family. The other big drawback is you cannot control the climate in your room. I'm not joking! It is an older hotel so the climate is controlled by a central system for all rooms. They cannot be adjusted individually for your needs.
This hotel is very clean and the decor is modern. It is well maintained. Stayed here due to the proximity to Disneyland, however, in hindsight we would stay at another hotel.

I’m staying here now and the location in regards to the convention center is great. It’s nice hotel, modern, and clean. My big complaint is that the AC unit in our room doesn’t work so we have a pretty hot room since we are high up. ||I’ve reached out via the chat on their Bonvoy app and was ghosted after an initial recognition of the issue. I gave them over an hour since they initially said they had to help other customers. I tried calling the front desk and guest service number several times and no one would pick up. I’m surprised since this is Sheraton hotel which is usually better with customer service.
