Shirley recently represented my family and I in the sale of our mother's house. We had a tight deadline that we aimed for, and honestly not sure it was possible. Shirley did not disappoint! We prepped and listed our house in a matter of days, had over 30 offers on day 6, and sold it on day 7!! We closed escrow in a little more than two weeks -- I think this had to be record time for a house to be prepped for sale, listed, sold, closed escrow. Throughout Shirley continuously communicated with us along the way, and was very easy going, but always on top of everything and always professional and courteous. She was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job!

My family and I are very happy in our experience with Shirley selling my mother's house. As my sister (Lori) said below, we had a tight deadline, and it was met! Shirley seemed confident the house could be showed and sold in a week, and that did happen, in 6 days I believe! Escrow closed two weeks later.! I wasn't sure how it would be selling a house in the time of pandemic, but it was smooth and seamless. She is very organized and clear in her communications.

Shirley was great for the sale of our house. We had a lot of work to do getting it ready to sell and she coordinated all of it. The process was much easier than I expected. Every time an issue came up....she made it go away. Remarkably stress free.
