Very, very rude and unhelpful with customers from Asia. Very strange for a Japanese brand. When a native speaker goes in to solve the. issue, suddenly they are helpful. However, the treatment of Asian customers is abysmal. It. is best to do business with the Shiseido shop in Uwajimaya. The service here was so bad that we are unlikely to make any further purchases from Macy's in general.
