genuinely never leave reviews, but the oddest customer service i’ve experienced in awhile, don’t get me wrong i hate my job as much as the next girly but you can tell they did not want anybody in that mfn store lol

I found a pair of shoes I liked but, one shoe was missing 2 little stones. They're very sparkly shoes. I showed the manager who basically told me too bad if I didn't want them they would be put back on the shelf hoping the next person didn't see the flaw.

This is my favorite shoe store, has the best shoes and shoe prices. Every time I come here all the Employees are super respectful && very helpful. Most of the time I have a really hard time finding the perfect shoes for my children, But the last time I was here the manager Ari greeted me as I was walking in through the door and Was very funny and friendly she went went above and beyond and was very understanding and patient && helped me find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service.
