I purchased 2 products a week ago. I bought them after they recomended for a high polish look i was looking for. I was not able to get the results i was looking for after trying for a week. I went back in today per their request on time of purchase. They stated just bring a boot in and we will be happy to show you how to apply product. When i got there today, it was 2 different employees. They both refused to show me how to use product. They where starting to get rude and thought i was asking for a refund. I told them i dont want a refund, and only aaking if you could please show me how to use your producy. They refused. So do not go here for products or services. Just stick with good ol kiwi.
