This is absolutely the worst shoppers pharmacy I've used. The pharmacy department has no customer service at all. Every time I go there I wait without being acknowledged for extended periods of time. The do not answer questions, they do not have medication ready when they say it will be and if you mention anything about a time frame a staff member gave they give you attitude and roll their eyes. I've used 3 other shoppers pharmacys before this one and I can't believe the complete lack of care they give here in comparison. Even though this location is by far the most convenient for me, I will be going somewhere else from now on for my prescription needs.
Please note, I've never had an issue at the store. It's just the pharmacy that I am very unhappy with
