Josh is an amazing trainer. He is attentive, encouraging, super knowledgeable, and he makes working out actually… fun.
He writes our program for us every other week and we have yet to miss any workout because he checks in on us so often and we feel that the workouts are challenging but also…somehow enjoyable too.
