Had a hat done with them 3 years ago and 1 with a different logo 3 years before and it cost me $75 to scan the logo into their system each time. Now that I would like to do another hat, they won't do it. Has to be minimum of 4. I even offered to pay for 4 to get 1 done and still not able to get it done. Had I known this, I wouldn't have used their embroidery shop in the first place. How they can do it twice before and not now is absurd

The wait times are long for their products but worth it in the end! They are incredibly high quality, offer really nice price breaks on larger quantities, and everything is exactly how you ordered it. Very nice work done by these awesome locals!
