Our oven was not working and we called SimpleFix and Rufalt came out the next Day and looked at our stove. He advised us to replace our stove. He is very professional and friendly and very reasonably priced too. Thank you Rufalt 😊

Rufat was very responsive on Yelp messaging and tried to make time to come help us (even after 5pm) with his busy schedule. I've contacted about two dozen vendors on Yelp for the same issue and many of them told me they didn't know how to work with the dryer model we have. Rufat also hadn't worked with this model but still figured it out and fixed it quickly, also told me beforehand that he wouldn't charge me if he couldn't fix it. With all the vendors I contacted who offered to provide their service, Rufat's quote was the lowest without any add-on/hidden charges. will definitely reach out to him again for further maintenance.
