Highly recommend. I got 6 quotes and simply efficient really stood out for replacing my gas furnace with a heat pump + installing a tankless water heater. 1) Sales process was quick and very transparent. Unlike some companies that took weeks to respond with a quote, they provided a quote to me same day. Unlike other companies, the quote actually broke down costs by line item. 2) Competitive price with no surprises. Very reasonable price (most companies quoted much higher) and the price never increased from the quote. They even threw in an air scrubber after I signed when I asked bout it, and when the Mitsubishi unit I wanted wasn't in stock, they upgraded it for free to stay on the project schedule. This was very different from a large company I almost went with previously, that called me the day before the installation and tried to switch all the equipment and price. 3) Went above and beyond throughout the process, and have been quick to respond to any questions. This includes helping me fill out paperwork for a rebate, which went through successfully. When one rebate they expected did not apply to my property, they ate that cost.
