I called and Raul the manager assisted me. He was professional ,very patient and helpful. He explained what will be done for my oil change. He gave me 2 hrs window period but my car was finished in 1 hr. I'm very satisfied with this Skip's service center on Silver Creek Rd. Will recommend others to patron them. Tk, Raul!

Staff is rude and careless. I booked appointment specifically on Friday morning to wait for quick service (got a confirmation call from them). To my surprise when I arrived - they started blaming me that I have chatted with main office and pushing back. Finally when they saw it in the system, continued to complain and I need to leave the car, come back later, etc, because they don't have enough mechanics, etc.
I have done a service here a year ago, bad customer experience, same rude staff and THEY DO NOT CARE - you need to control every step of what they do.

Generally, I have been impressed with their customer service an their work, which is why my husband and I have been repeat customers. However, as a female, I think most shops try to get over on women on pricing. I was quoted 1K for front and rear brake pads. I did research online and called a few other places, including my Honda dealer, who quoted almost half the price! Ah, so sad. And to think, when I dropped my car off and was waiting outside for my Lyft, a woman came up and asked me if this place was good, and I said I had been here many times and I trusted them. In general, for anyone, especially women, please do your homework and/or get a second opinion before you agree to have work done.
