Today, Wednesday, I saw positive results of the service/maintenance call. Yesterday morning, I heard the water softener recycling (a first in many weeks), the dishes felt slick as I was unloading the dishwasher, and my husband said the shower water felt slick. I am glad I didn't wait any longer to schedule the service call. Definite improvement.
