They gave me someone else's cheap sheets and their attitude was "if customer (who was given Martha Stewart's all cotton expensive sheets) returns them we'll call you. That was a month ago. They STOLE my sheets.

Great service and fast turn-around time on my dry cleaning. I dropped my suit jacket off on Monday and had it back on Thursday.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and they lost my favorite sweater. This is the 3rd time they have lost something. I ended up with someone else’s shirt this time. I returned the shirt the next day. The manager told me to wait a week to see if my sweater turns up. I called today and not only did they not locate my sweater, but they won’t reimburse me for it or the cost of dry cleaning. I’m stunned. The last time they lost an item, they at least paid me back and I continued to use this company. I’m waiting for the owner to call me back. They’ve lost a customer for sure. Just know if you use this dry cleaners, you might not see your clothes again and they won’t make things right if they do lose them.
