I've always had a great experience at Sonoma Hot Tub. The staff is really easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Anytime I've had an issue with my tub, they are there within 24-48 hours and will do little extras like wipe down the cover...little things that make for good customer service.

I purchased my hot tub from Sonoma Hot Tubs in 2017. I love the worry free maintenance option of having them come annually to thoroughly clean my hot tub, and I also purchase all my filters and water additives from them on line, which are promptly shipped. While I could do business with a vendor who is closer to me, this company has superior customer service. A real person always answers the phone and knows your account. Would not do business with anyone else. Highly recommend

Our experience of buying from Sonoma Hot Tubs has been positive all the way through from walking into the showroom to have our tub delivered and set up. The staff were all great at every stage of the way, and we couldn't be more pleased with the product. I'd highly recommend them.
UPDATE: after 3 yrs we needed a part serviced and updated. Again we received excellent service and are very happy with Sonoma hot tubs!
