I personally don’t ever write a review about anyone work ethic but this particular person definitely deserved one. My family and I appreciate Ger intelligence and thoughtfulness when helping us with our tub. He made sure the hot tub was safe for my family before he took off into another location. His patient and dedication is by far some of the best customer service I ever encountered! To the business that hired him, you guys got a keeper! Thank you again!

Great service. Initially, we were going to get rid of our tub but decided to shoot our shot with repair. Had a prior repair company came out but the genuine service was just not there. Called up Hot Tub and Technician Ger came. He did not disappoint. He explained thoroughly and made sure questions and concerns were answered. We appreciate the service Ger provided right when he arrive to getting started right away all the way to the end. Glad we didn't have to get rid of the tub. Huge thanks to Ger
