Sonora Ford really saved me while on vacation. We had a mechanical problem and Kimberly was able to get it looked at briefly and the service dept ordered the parts to be fixed. One part arrived the next day but the other was delayed until the next delivery day. Heath, the service advisor was able to have repaired on that day. They treated me very well and were extremely kind. I used all the services. Kimberly recommended a place to stay. The shuttle service picked me up and dropped me off. They were fantastic as well. The mechanic, I believe was Red who worked a little past time to get me out that day was friendly and courteous. Thank you so much. My compliments to the whole staff and management as you have a great crew.
I went to have them change my oil, do a service and diagnose why my audio quit working. I made an appointment for 7:30am on a Thursday. I dropped the car off at the scheduled time. At 3:30 that afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called. No answer. At 4:30 I called again and this time talked with the service rep. He said they diagnostic machine was tied up all day so I had to leave the vehicle overnight. The next day they completed the diagnostic.
So here are my issues. First of all, since I picked up my vehicle, the dash warning has been coming on letting me know I need to change the oil soon, just like before. The tech didn't bother resetting the oil change tracking system. Pretty sloppy work as far as I'm concerned and it makes me wonder what else they forgot to do. Next up, if I have to make an appointment I don't think there is any excuse not getting a minor diagnostic test done with a whole day to make it happen.
