Everyone from the front desk, back office, and orthodontist were great. The backend caregiver made my kids who are getting Invisalign feel comfortable asking questions. We didn’t feel rushed and everything was clearly explained.

All staff here are exceptionally friendly. The office was welcoming. My son was a little nervous however both the Assistant Hanna and Dr Jack were so great. Great at explaining and giving options for best outcome! Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff here are amazing! They are kind sweet and helpful. My daughter is in the process of having braces and it was fast, easy and fun .. scheduled and already on within a few weeks and there plan of action is broken down into a understandable fashion and they had multiple payment options.. looove this place! Thank you to all the staff at Sound Orthodontic
