We are so glad we arranged for South Sound Appliance to install all of the appliances for our new home in Shelton! It was not an easy job since essential parts were missing for several appliances, and the range had to be converted to propane, but their technician was so skilled and methodical. They were also able to accommodate our schedule so everything was isntalled and ready ahead of our final inspection. We are so grateful and we highly recommend South Sound Appliance for any installation job!

Everyone at South Sound Appliance is amazing. My washer wasn’t draining properly and Troy came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it running again in no time.

Great service and repair personnel. Washer went out after 90 days from new company contacted south sound for warranty work. They did an outstanding job above and beyond. I want to personally say thank you to Troy how is an absolute professional individual and technician. Give this man a raise, he deserves it. Hope I never need them, but if I do I know who I am calling for help in the future.
