Our 25 ft.³ Maytag refrigerator stopped working overnight last Thursday. Without hesitation the next day we went to the Beaverton, standard TV and appliance store on Hall Boulevard and were greeted at the door by Jimmy. He sized up the situation rather quickly and showed us several models he recommended. Unfortunately, a refrigerator in a black cabinet was not an available option. We made a stainless steel selection, set a delivery date, paid for the refrigerator and were on our way home in about an hour. We received a courtesy call over the weekend, confirming that we would be available on Tuesday for the delivery. On Tuesday we received another courtesy call from the delivery truck when they were about 15 minutes away. They arrived in good time and in good spirits. The three person crew removed our old refrigerator and brought in the new one, hooked up the waterline, briefed my wife on how some features worked and were gone quickly and took all the cardboard and old appliance with them. Our experience from looking at floor models, purchase, delivery and set up could not have transpired any more smoothly.
