I've been dealing with Southern California Property Management for the last few years. I have dealt with many property management companies over the years and these guys really know what they are doing. They are quick to respond when issues arise, work well with the owners to ensure that the residents have not just a house but a place they can call HOME.

I had originally left the review above for this company 1 month before move out date. However, now that we have moved out, the company has deducted $370 from our security deposit claiming that the charges were for damages to the property - replacing light bulbs, painting over nail holes we patched, and cleaning the carpet (which we left in clean condition). We left the unit in great condition, clean and with the installation of a screen door at our expense. We requested our $370 back, but the company claims these are legitimate charges. We have numerous issues with this property that were repaired, however we feel we were improperly charged for items that fall under wear and tear. We are actually very disappointed with this outcome, we felt we took care of the property well.
