Horrific service. We bought a refurbished spa through them and its had a leaking problems. They were out twice before and it was ok for a while then started leaking again.
I called over 4 weeks ago and was told that someone would be out end of that week beginning of the next. Nothing. We have called them several time since and crickets.
Finally got through to an employee today and he was just plain rude. Yes, I was angry but when I finally asked him for a date to come out in 2 weeks or so, he gave me a date in the past and when I pushed for a future date he told me it would be better that we go somewhere else for service. No joke!
He did give me the owner's cell number, but the voicemail box is full so don't fall for that one.
Go somewhere else...
