as you can see I am in my golden years I called this company I have no idea what a spa consists of while I was asking for advice about the pump that I needed the person I was dealing with told me that the pump was out of stock he then told me that there was a pump that he had would fit my spa so i said ok i I will buy it it cost me over $300.oo I live on social security I could not really afford the pump he sounded honest ,anyway the pump he sent did not fit my spa so I have to pay the shipping cost to send it back to them plus there is a restocking fee of 25 percent of cost I would have continue to have dealt with this company had they been more honest.
