I have been bring my dogs there for over 10 yrs. But the last 2 times, my husky came home with a patch of hair torn off and hanging by a small piece of skin, my mini schnauzer nails were barely trimmed and sanitizer cut was terrible. Don't know if they changed their groomer, but I won't be bringing my dog there anymore.
