I decided to use Spokane House Plans after I found a plan online that was similar to what I desired. They were able to alter the plan, make suggestions and work with me to give me the plan that I have been looking forward to building for years. Because of the pending adoption of new codes in my County and State there was a strict deadline in which I needed the plans. Mason was able to get the work done in time and probably just as important was him taking the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I needed to have engineer stamps on a few walls and they were able to arrange that service too.
Its been decades since I was the GC on my last home build and things have changed considerably in regards to the permitting process. I was drawn to Spokane House Plans as they advertised knowing the local codes and I found that attractive and necessary on this project.
I would recommend them to my friends and relatives who have projects in mind in the future.
.Over the top, my only "Go to" for designing house plans. Over the last 5 years I have used Spokane house plans on several house designs for different build sites. I go in kind of knowing sort of what I want and they take it and make it into a beautiful house plan. Plus Im very picky and make several little changes and they just do it with no complaints. 20 star review from me.
