I was very impressed when I went to look at and buy some shoes. I was quickly asked if I needed help, there was a follow up "how are they"?. Best of all Trish/Trisha had a positive attitude and a smile. It gave me hope for customer service! Unfortunately the cashier was short and rude, or it would have been 5 stars.
