I love my Dr here. This facility has the best care and studies. They always treat me good here. Also the women at the front desk that have been there since they opened this location have the best customer service . The lady at the lab is nice too!!

The Saint Michaels hospital so far is been the worst experience of my life or close some of the people here not the doctors what the nurses or belligerent nasty unforgiving. I’m convinced that they’re trying to chase me out of the hospital because I’m a senior citizen, and I think they’re gonna win even though it may kill me Very likely will

Giving them 5 starts just for how nice and helpful reception and everyone else I talked to over the phone was. When this was CHI Franciscan, almost everyone I spoke to and had care with was rude and terrible to the point I completely stopped prenatal care with them about halfway through my pregnancy. I only called here because I needed a referral and they were so incredibly friendly and helpful.
