Failed to preform a standard annual checkup - malpractice. Failed to follow through with perceptions. Failed to issue to pharmacist.

Daughter brought into ER after auto accident. CAT scan done of lungs. 2 months later another doctor asked her about her breathing citing that her ER CAT scan showed 1/3 of lung impacted by internal bleeding. ER never mentioned the bleeding or any issue found on scan. ER was chaotic and filled with patients on gurneys in hallways.
