HIGHER UPS* Let me start this off by saying, I hate Starbucks, not going to get into why. But this evening it was the last option, I walk into this lobby low expectations. To be greeted by a clean positive environment and some of the best caring customer service I’ve had. I’ve worked in the food business for over seven years and have seen some pretty unconventional teamwork and low quality service and this experience was so far from it. I PRAY corporate reads this and gives those working on shift at the time (Alex, peighton, and Kendra) the recognition they deserve. I didn’t want to come here. I didn’t. But now that I’ve met them, I want to come back.
