This morning I got two iced matcha and they tasted so bad. I spent 18 dollars for a grande and a venti,and wasn't worth it. Sometimes their barista know what they are doing,but some days you get disappointed,like we did.
I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks today. I waited for 10 minutes for my drinks, and when I went to the counter to inquire, I was told that my order was sitting to the left. They admitted they hadn’t called my name, even though the cashier had asked for it. When I asked how I was supposed to know where my order was, the counter staff responded, “Other people figure it out.”
It’s not often that I feel like an imposition, but this experience left me feeling undervalued. I’ll be taking a break from Starbucks for now. I hope they can improve their service.
