There’s enough employees I counted 5 and it wasn’t a busy day but when I was lining up to order, the barista gave me a tiny smile and didn’t bother to call the cashier to take my order. Once I spotted the cashier, Erica, we had eye contact but she just continued to do her paper cup stacking. After about 2 minutes going back and forth to the storage room to get more cups to stack, she finally told me she will be right with me. Overall experience is sucked. They probably just made me wait because I’m not white but a POC.
