They have gotten soooo slow. I have been here the past three times in three weeks and I have had to wait 10 to 15 minutes past the estimated time that the app gave me they are very slow

Starbucks can advertise how their baristas are friendly and part of the community, but they need to look no further than this location to realize that isn’t the case. The barista who prepared my drink today didn’t even look up at me to acknowledge me until I said “thank you”—to which I was ignored.

Staff is working hard but the location is woefully undersized. Ordered online and had to wait 39min to get the first half of my order. 10min more for the second drink. That’s 49min total.
