The 1st couple of times I stopped here, I had a great experience and left happy. But the last 2 times I visited, such was unfortunately not the case. And after my last visit, I most likely will not be back. They used to have great prices on their juices, the staff or owner I was helped by on my earlier visits was friendly and very knowledgeable, I never felt rushed or ignored and I left satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. So I went again (a few months ago maybe) I was looking to purchase some new coils for my vape. I won't go into specifics, but it's a widely known brand. I, being still slightly newish to the scene wasn't sure what the exact specs were when he asked what type of coils I needed so I just handed him my vape so he could see which to give me. He looked at it, grabbed me the coils he said i needed, (I bought a 4 or 5 pack costing around $20,i paid the man, and left. They closed up shop shortly after I exited as I was their 2nd to last customer. I decided to change out the coil before I left since I had burned the 1 i had and was really wanting to enjoy a fresh new coil on my ride home. They locked the door and left as I popped the coil out of the foil. As he drove away, I came to realize he had sold me a whole pack of coils that DID NOT FIT MY VAPE!! That was the last of my cash until payday so 1., I couldn't afford the gas to drive back over to Napa (i live in sonoma) to return or hopefully exchange them (although he gave me no receipt anyway so who knows if they would have allowed it in the end) and 2. Now I couldn't buy the right ones elsewhere because I had spent the last of my $$ on a useless to me, product. Needless to say I was a little irritated, I mean, if you work at a smoke/vape shop, and a customer asks you for assistance finding a product, you should make damn well sure you are selling her the right thing! Especially when he had the vape right there in front of him, if ye had any doubts at all if it was the right one, all he had to do was look right at it. He could have even tried to put one in before I left if he was still unsure... but no. He hardly glanced at my vape and was like, "here, these are the 1"s.. how many?" I even said they looked kind of large but he assured me they were the right ones. So, even after all that nonsense I still decided to try them again because I had enjoyed my previous experiences and figured, ah well, mistakes happen, maybe he was tired or distracted or whatever... so I went back, or attempted to, only to leave empty handed and wishing I had not wasted my time and gas once again, for nothing. Now, I'll admit that I did show up 5 or 6 minutes til closing this time, but, I knew exactly what I wanted and could have been in and out in 2 or 3 minutes. And being in customer service myself, i firmly believe if you say you close at a certain time, you should happily serve your customers until said time. Not stand at the door mean mugging and intimidating people like a bouncer at a bar at last call, 5 minutes before your posted closing time. As uncomfortable as it was to walk up to the young guy holding the door, I really needed some juice so I approached him and said I knew they were about to close but I was hoping to get some juice real fast. He grumbled what percent and that he hoped tobacco was ok. I said 6, and no, tobacco flavor was not ok and was looking for something melon or similar to it. He then got all huffy with me, snickered and said oh, no, we don't sell flavored juices. And shut the door in my face. No, explanation, no advice as to where I might be able to find what I was looking for, and nothing even close to a friendly or welcoming attitude or vibe. Just the opposite actually. I felt like they couldn't give 2 s@#$* whether I left happy or found what I was looking for or if I ever came back at all. So, this time, i won't be going back. Why would I? They don't have what I'm looking for and even if they did, theyd probably sell me the wrong thing anyway. P.s. I'm aware some shops are no longer selling flavors but many still do. with a smile 2
