She's tough and thorough, but recognizes and extensively documents true value on quality built homes. Strongly recommended if you have a high end home.

Nancy Steen was set to come and appraise our home so that we could close on a home equity loan. She was a no show on our first appointment, she said there was a mix up on the dates, we rescheduled the appointment, she was set to come the next morning and then canceled the night before. She stated that the financial institution canceled the appraisal, but after talking to the bank, they informed us that she had indeed canceled the appointment. I would definitely not use this service.
