I scheduled an appointment with Will to come out and provide me a quote for our landscaping project. Our appointment came and Will was a no show. I texted him to find out why he didn't show up but no reply from Will whatsoever. No phone call or any communication from Will.
If this is how they treat potential clients, I wonder how they treat their customers.
WILL MILLER AND MR. ROSS ARE A TOTAL FRAUD.
At the end of our year contract, we decided to no longer continue with Sterling Landscaping since they had terrible communication with us and charged us a few times for services not rendered or plants/supplies that were never planted/used on our location. This happened on three occasions and each time it happened, they placed a credit on the next month's invoice. We ended service with Sterling Landscaping at the end of March 2019 and decided not to renew.
When we decided to no longer continue with them, they overcharged our credit card a little over $1,000 in services not rendered, and hours of labor they charged twice in efforts to make up for their loss. At first, they tried to justify the charge. After proving to them we were being wrongfully charged, they admitted we were owed our money back. It took them 3 months to acknowledge this. They proceeded to tell us they could not do a refund to the credit card because QuickBooks wouldn't let them, and since they had never experienced having to give a refund, they would send us a check instead. The check was then, according to them "returned" to them via mail. (So, first QuickBooks and now the post office doesn't know what they're doing) After letting them know it was now the end of July, and we'd be going via the Better Business Bureau to resolve our case, they hand-delivered a check to our PO Box. It did not come to my surprise when the check did not clear. We will proceed with trying to settle via the Better Bussines Bureau and small claims if necessary.
