I ordered an oven for our rental unit. Friendly, and good service upon pickup. Unfortunately, when we went to install, the terminal block was damaged, so I called Steve's appliance to order a new one under warrantly. I was told it would take a week or more for it to arrive, and that they would come and install the new one for me. Three weeks later, I called to check on the part, and not only was I rebuffed (it arrives when it arrives), they literally never honored fixing the part and I never got a call back. I ended up buying a used one and had my brother install it for me. I would not order from this store again, which is a shame because I try to support small businesses.

Our refrigerator suddenly gave out and we went to Steve’s A to Z Appliance to support a local business and purchase a new one.

Steve was very knowledgeable. We are going to be moving out of state in a couple of years and not taking it with us so we didn’t need anything fancy and he hooked us up with exactly what we wanted and for a great price.

We had the refrigerator delivered and set up within a few hours of when we went to the store. They said that they had a pretty full day of deliveries but if they had time at the end of the day, they would bring it the same day, which they did. The guys who delivered it were young and were in and out in no time. They even took our old one so we didn’t have to figure out how to get rid of it.

I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a good price, customer service, and to support a local business.
