Totally overrun with rats.
I helped my niece move her stuff into this facility last year. They pushed their 3rd party storage insurance policy on her (they must get a commission). After a few months, she visited the unit to remove some things. The rats had chewed or pooped on nearly everything, despite there being nothing in there that smelled of food. The managers very graciously let her move what was salvageable to a different unit. They acted quite surprised to hear of the rodent experience, explaining that although there had occasionally been rats in one of the units long ago, it hadn't been a problem for quite some time. Last week, we returned to move everything out of the second unit. The rats had destroyed it all. The new managers were surprised, explaining that although there occasionally been rats in one of the units long ago, it hadn't been a problem for quite some time.
Oh yeah, that insurance policy they sell? It doesn't cover rodents.
Good luck.
