I have to fly in to BUR once a month and this is the restaurant I eat at most. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but what airport isn't? I have eaten here about a dozen times and always had great service and food. Last night in particular was very busy, I sat down and was attended to right away. You can choose to sit and eat if you have time to kill, or you can order to go. They make your food when you order it, so it is definitely not a grab and go, but they do offer some of those options.

Never order a drink here unless you want to lose a load of cash!!! We have always liked this establishment while waiting for our plane, but $35+ for one double bloody Mary and $30+ for one double Tito's and soda? A complete ripoff. I think they are trying to recover from the Covid shut down in very short order. We will never order from there again (see receipt).

You need to lower prices and not shove a tip line into people's face for literally spending $40 for like a sandwich to the cashier. I gave five stars as nothing against the people who work there I actually feel bad for them as I can tell they constantly have to deal with customer complaints about the exorbitant prices.
