I recently worked with Jimmy at Puyallup Subaru, and it was great! He was quick, informative, and easy to work with. Plus, he was nice and willing to compromise on prices, which was a huge help! I live out of town and he was still able to make the process smooth even though we were communicating solely over the phone. Highly recommend him for a great car buying experience!

I accidently came to Subaru thinking I was meeting a person who I had been connected with from a mutual friend. I was greeted by John Powers and he was easy going, approachable and knowledgeable. I have never owned a Subaru but had been told by close friends I should check them out. I instantly spotted this 2020 Forrester Sport and loved the way it looked. I went into a few other styles first and as soon as I sat inside this vehicle I fell in love. I was able to test drive right away and was surprised by the pep it had. Having previously owned a 2014 Audi SQ5, I was used to power and this vehicle did not disappoint. Smooth ride, great sound system, very roomy on the inside and comfortable. My car had been totaled by a hit and run driver and I was not looking forward to searching for a car and making a decision within a week. I was highly stressed about it. John owns a Subaru and he explained why he loved it and was not turning back and I was sold. The experience was pleasant and I was able to drive the car home in just a few hours after they finished detailing it. The staff there is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend John Powers and Subaru of Puyallup. I'm so pleased with my purchase and looking forward to all the adventures I will have! Thank you John for taking such great care of me, even on such a busy Sunday afternoon! I truly appreciate it.

If you’re looking for a truly awesome car buying experience, check out Subaru of Puyallup. Their sales people are super fun to hang out with while purchasing a vehicle. One of those sales members was my salesperson, Leon Sims. He is so awesome to work with. He listens to what you want and helps you choose the best vehicle that suits you and your lifestyle.
