Apparently no one knows how to use signs. Lots of people come in and either have to wait forever or they end up leaving. New person took over maybe September and she makes everyone late, including my coworker who comes here every day and relieves me. I've heard nothing but complaints from a guy who never complains, and I don't plan on stopping here anymore. Pretty sure she is not taking 30 minute lunch breaks lmao. As a medical worker who gets no lunch break and has to break when able but still be attentive and follow protocol, I can tell you this is piss poor service.

Teron might need a gentle reminder of what customer service entails, exactly. Scoffing at customers request, acting like they are an inconvenience, wasn’t greeting customers, just staring at them when it was there turn to order. Maybe just a rough day. The other young man working tonight was polite.

Did not even get the to order went there in a hurry to get food did not even get greeted then was told it was gonna a 15 min wait to even make our order with no other customers if front of us.
