I recently came across a video depicting an unfortunate incident where an employee used a racial epithet towards a customer. The behavior exhibited is deeply disturbing, reflecting a complete lack of decorum and customer service standards. I strongly believe that swift action should be taken by management to address this issue and ensure a more respectful environment for customers.

I buy a meat ball sandwich come with fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese she put provolone and chage me for the cheese I not going back to this place
