I ordered my food through the app and got a message it was delivered at my address except it wasn't dropped off at the correct address. This has happened before. When I have ordered through the app it will change my address for some reason. Because I ordered it through the app I called the store to speak with someone. The employee Ashley I was speaking to was very unprofessional, rude and lacked any customer service respect. Before I could even explain or ask questions she kept saying once it leaves the store it is not there fault and there is nothing she can do. When I told her if I ordered it through the app and I asked who I needed to speak with, she literally said it wasn't her problem. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. She then told me she was the manager. So now I am shocked a manager was speaking to me this way. She finally told me one of her managers would be in the next morning. Then Ashley called me 4 hours later to tell me the person who got my food called the store and said I could pick up my food at their house. Really, 4 hours later I get a call to go to some strangers house? I am really displeased with the outcome of this. Not only did I end up paying for food I couldn't eat, but I was treated with such disrespect even when I wasn't even being rude. I was asking what the process was for when stuff like this happens. This is the second time in a row I have had issues with this stuff. Not just a week ago I was giving a sandwich missing ingredients but also poor food quality. I really hope you get better employees at this location because you lost a customer.
Because I had a problem with my order last week nobody called me back considering what I ordered all the ingredients weren't even on the sandwich. Kinda hard to eat a dry sandwich with no mayo and nasty soggy tomatoes 🤷🏻♂️
I contacted the store manager and never received any reply back. Way to care about your customers 👍
