Why can't every Subway taste the same?? Realized the gal forgot the cheese after I already started eating. I was so excited for the honey oat, it's been a long time since I've seen it in stores. It was way too chewy and crunchy - like a tough baguette. I know sauces are 3 passes but the mustard came out way too thick and then the mayo spurted on there so there was way too much mustard and less mayo. Gross. Got a smashed up tough little roll of a 6" sandwich. So disappointing for 9 bucks. I was starving so I ate it anyway, and too irritated to confront anyone. Training needs to take place. I worked at subway as a teen. It's not that hard.
The gal was very quiet, which is fine, but not the best customer service skills. Definitely didn't leave a tip. The card tip option is so incredibly obnoxious. tips are for waiters making less than minimum wage.
Pretty much the worst Subway in the world, I've been to Subways in almost all 50 states and other countries, not only are they slower then any other subway worldwide, the customer service is almost the worst I've ever encountered. There are two other subway less than 5 mins away, do yourself a favor and don't go to this one.
