While seemingly always very busy, they are efficient. A big plus, they are very experienced at drawing blood from patients with "difficult" veins. My primary sometimes cannot get blood after multiple sticks, Sun gets it t G e 1st time with minimal discomfort.

Staff so mean and impatient from Monterey Park. I called them ask about if they received my check yet. And they gave me an attitude verbally, I was very polite. I said, thank you and smooth tone. They need more training on customer service.

Doesn't accept appt. Friday after 11 they est. a 30min wait. It took 46 min. to see only 3 patients & there were 4 still ahead so I left. They never called me even tho I didn't remove my name from the wait list & it instructs to wait in your car & wait for their call.
UPDATE: go the day after a major holiday. Only 1 person ahead!
